Your Body at Week 31

Are you finding yourself trying to catch your breath? The high levels of progesterone and hormone increase your body temperature and breathing rate which can cause breathlessness. Also to add to that, the expanding uterus pushes the abdominal contents up to the diaphragm, leaving your lungs with less room to expand when you try to breathe deeply.

Practising deep breathing and meditation will help you get much needed air into your lungs. It is also a great way to take 10 minutes out of your day for some you time.

Your Baby At Week 31

They will soon have the chubby baby cheeks everyone will want to squeeze!
