Your Body at Week 35

Varicose veins are common around this stage of pregnancy. During pregnancy the amount of blood increases to help support the development of your unborn baby. This then puts extra strain on your veins. Some tips to help deal with varicose veins include, buying some good support tights, keeping your feet elevated, and walking briskly.

Your Baby At Week 35

  • 240g pack of frozen soya beans
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Bunch of basil
