Please fill in the form below and state why you are returning the item.

UK Returns Policy

Simply return your unwanted item within 30 days of the invoice date, by completing our online returns form.

Your items must be unused and in their original condition. Please return with your completed returns form to receive a full refund.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Liability

Unfortunately we cannot offer FREE returns. The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we would recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service. Please keep a note of any return delivery reference numbers so that you can track your order.

By Post

Take your parcel to any post office with your BABYGO returns form enclosed inside. Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost.

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund if your items are returned without a completed returns form.

Faulty or Damaged Items

For items that arrive faulty or damaged please contact us, as soon as possible, via email on help@babygo.uk and we will be more than happy to help.

Fault Process

In order to process this quickly for you it would be really useful if you had the following information ready:

  • The order number e.g. BABYGOXXXXXX
  • Item damage code e.g. A
  • Description of damaged/faulty item
  • Image of damaged/faulty item

In cases of a clear manufacturers defect a FULL or PARTIAL REFUND will be offered, if the above procedure is cooperated.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Missing Items

In order to process this quickly for you it would be really useful if you had the following information ready:

  • The order number e.g. BABYGOXXXXXX
  • Item missing code e.g. A

We will then proceed with posting out the missing part, if the above procedure is cooperated.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or colour, you will need to return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order.

Simply apply for your exchange item within 30 days of the invoice date, by completing our online exchange form.

Your items must be in their original condition. Please return with your completed exchange form to receive a full refund.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

If the new size/ colour is unavailable we will refund your card and email you to inform you of this.

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 days for both UK and International Returns to be processed.

Your refund will be credited through the same method or back onto the same card with which the original purchase was made. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Delivery and Returns Legal Statement

Please Read Carefully.

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email.

Returning any item within 30 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order).

Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, BABYGO will give you a full refund of the amount paid.

The contract in respect of sale of goods between BABYGO and you requires that you return the goods to BABYGO on cancellation.

Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
