If it hasn't already started, now might be the time morning sickness greets you. A common sign that you may be pregnant that’s if you don't already know. A pregnancy test might be a good idea at this point to confirm, that it isn't just an upset stomach from something you've ate.

Your Baby At Week 4

This week, or 5 days after fertilization the cells within the blastocyst start to take on different roles. Your placenta has started to develop, and the three distinct layers of cells form in the embryo. The first layer is the digestive system, liver and lungs. The second layer will form the heart, muscles, kidneys, reproductive organs and bones. The third layer is your baby's nervous system, hair, skin and eyes.
